unless otherwise directed and authorized. Export order payment will be by Letter of Credit, Bank Draft or check drawn on a U.S. commercial bank. Freight and insurance charges are collect on delivery. We accept VISA and MasterCard orders. |

| Our products are
warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material
and workmanship for 1 year from date of original shipment. This
obligation is limited to repair or replacement at our option.
Returns must be authorized by the factory and returned by pre-paid
transportation. In keeping with our policy to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice. |
